Payment Methods TOP

Shipping TOP
I charge a flat rate of $3.00 to ship anywhere in the USA.  Your purchase will be wrapped, protected and shipped UPS ground.

Returns TOP
If you don't LOVE your jewelry purchase please contact me within 7 days so we can work together to make it right. Or you may request a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

Gift Wrapping TOP
If you would like to send your purchase as a gift let me know.  I can ship directly to the recipient if you like.  I will also be happy to gift wrap and enclose a gift card for an additional $3.50

Special Orders TOP
Please contact me by e-mail to inquire about placing a special order.  We will need to discuss the details so I can create the perfect piece for you.  A 30% non refundable deposit will be required before I can begin.

Resizing and other changes TOP
I will be happy to re-size a piece for you at absolutely no charge - once.  After that I do need to charge for time and materials.  I charge $5.00 per 15 minutes of my time and will only charge you wholesale for materials needed.  This applys to any changes needed after the 1st sizing.

Credit TOP

Lampwork glass beads and Fine Silver components are returnable for credit only.  Please contact stars by stacey within 7 days for any returns.
